About the event
We will be raising money for the Elmer family thru this tournament.
Blake Thomas Elmer was born on July 9th 2018 at 23 weeks and 5 days. They say the age of viability is 24 weeks. He was born weighing 1lb 4oz and 12 1/4 inches long.
He has defied the odds and continues to amaze us everyday with his strength and will to fight. After spending a long 10 months in teh NICU, he finally came home May 1st 2019. He still requires respiratory support by use of trach and ventilator but is making incredible progress getting to lower settings and we hope he can start spending some time off the ventilator in the coming year.
We've been struggling with his physical development but are working hard with physical therapy to get him where he needs to be. The journey has been anything but easy but we've had so…
